The thought that hit me about this article is that everyone needs to be included in the beginning
of change and not have it forced on them with no buy-in.

The author of this article seems to think teaching means lecture. I think teachers have been working to move away from this.

The article was very interesting - I enjoyed reading it. I can see that old methods of teaching produces "useless people". I wonder if we need to look at the tech colleges to see if they have some answers. Keeping up means changing every minute!
